Pre-Construction
This phase includes a free quote and a meeting over the customers vision. We plan a budget and an agreed schedule and discuss any conflicts with the project. We then pull any permits required and purchase all of the material needed for the project.
Construction
Cardinal Contracting keeps quality work as an overall priority while still delivering a timely product. We keep the job site clean at the end of each workday for appeal and safety, and work around customers personal schedules for their convenience. We strive to have open communication with our customers throughout the entire construction process to ensure satisfaction.
Post-Construction
Cardinal Contracting believes that this is the most important stage in construction. This process includes any system training or final inspections necessary and most importantly a final cleanup. After all of this is complete we will do a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure their complete satisfaction.
